Regulatory compliance notice: This Privacy Policy is established in accordance with Qatar Law No. (13) of 2016 concerning the Protection of Personal Data Privacy and corporate commercial best practices.

1. Scope & Commitment

Falcon Integrated Security Systems Services (“FISSS”, “we”, “us”) is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality, privacy, and integrity of all client information, technical site data, and inquiry details entrusted to us across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure engagements in the State of Qatar.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a technical request, request a quotation, or engage our engineering desk, we collect:

  • Client identifiers: Name, corporate designation, organization name, official email, telephone, and commercial registration details.
  • Project parameters: Facility location within Qatar, camera counts, storage criteria, architectural drawings, and tender specifications.
  • Operational logs: Telemetry metrics and technical parameters provided through our online sizing tools.

3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality of Blueprints

Security layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), camera blind-spot calculations, and site schematics are classified as strictly confidential. FISSS executes mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to schematic exchange upon client request and enforces role-based access restrictions internally.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Collected information is processed solely for:

  • Conducting engineering feasibility assessments and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) estimations.
  • Preparing authority submittal dossiers and CAD shop drawings.
  • Coordinating on-site surveys, FAT/SAT inspections, and preventative maintenance SLAs.
  • Responding to tender and quotation inquiries initiated by your organization.

5. Data Security & Retention

We employ enterprise-grade cryptographic controls, encrypted data storage, and strict organizational protocols to prevent unauthorized access. Project records are retained for the active duration of the contract plus statutory warranty periods mandated under Qatar commercial legislation.

6. Website, Forms & Location Notice

Information you submit through our website forms (including any files you attach) is stored securely on our website server and sent to our team by email so we can respond. Job applications are used only for recruitment. The storage calculator runs in your browser; its results are only sent to us if you choose to attach them to a request.

To show the message at the top of the page, our server may read the approximate country (and, where our hosting provider supplies it, city) associated with your IP address. This is not stored, and we do not use GPS, cookies or browser storage for it. Analytics tools are only enabled if configured by the site owner.
