Testing & commissioning (FAT/SAT)

Proof that every system performs as designed — documented, witnessed and signed off before handover.

Certifying a network cable link with a cable tester

What Commissioning covers

We prepare test procedures for approval, then test cabling, devices and complete systems: channel certification and fiber loss tests, camera image quality and frame rates, recording and retention, access and alarm scenarios, failover and UPS cut-over. Results are recorded on test sheets and witnessed with the consultant, and handover includes O&M manuals, as-built drawings and training.

When clients ask for Commissioning

How we approach Commissioning

Test the whole system

Integration and failure scenarios are tested, not just individual devices.

Calibrated instruments

Certification results are only as good as the test equipment's calibration.

Witnessed results

Joint witnessing with the consultant speeds up acceptance.

Commissioning: common questions

Factory acceptance testing checks equipment before delivery; site acceptance testing proves the installed system works on site.

Yes. We can carry out independent testing and report the results.
